| Helderview has a quiet and, nevertheless, central position. In the closer vicinity - 10 minutes by car - you find all sorts of shops, from the baker around the corner to the most exclusive shopping centre, antique shops, restaurants, beer garden and coffeeshops. It also takes you ten minutes to get to the False Bay beaches. The Homestead is the ideal base to explore everything the Cape has to offer. Cape Town International Airport is a 20 minutes' drive away. Access from CPT Airport: When leaving the airport premises, turn on to the N2 highway, direction Somerset West / George. 15 minutes to Somerset West offramp, turn left on to the R44, direction Stellenbosch. At the first big crossing turn left. After the BP garage turn right up the hill, at the T-junction right, right again into Prunus Street. A bord saying "Helderview Homestead" decorates the wall. |
